Problem & Cure Resources

A young girl praying with a book on her lap while sitting on stairs.

Problem Sin Vs Cure Commandments

Father loves us but hates sin. So he has to preform a sin-dectomy. Separating the object of His love (his people) from object of his hate (sin). Hence saving the soul from its rotting prison., the flesh. Father can only do this if he has a willing participant who wants to stand in his presence perfect. White as snow.

(I Peter 1:16) Because it is written, "Be holy for I am holy." We are not saved by keeping the law. We are saved when we believe. Like the thief that was crucified with Jesus was saved.

(Romans 4:3) For what does the scriptures say? "Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness."

(Ephesians 2:8-10) For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is a gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast. For we are His workmanship created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them. Do not follow the law to be saved. Follow the law because you are saved. Then you will do the good things which God has prepared for us long ago.

A tree does not produce fruit to become a fruit tree. A tree produces fruit because it is a fruit tree. Do not follow the law to be saved. Follow the law because you are saved. You realize that Christ died for you and through his shed blood you are healed. We believe this to such an extreme you repent (turn from Sin). We completely change your life to walk just as He walked. You fall in love. As your will dies and Father will be done. The sins will flee as your will dies. Then we get a front row ticket to the miracle of your own journey from the darkness into His wonderful light. Father works on us, perfects us. Grows us up like a tree. You do not do it. You could not do it if you tried. So always give Father the credit, lest anyone should boast. For we are his workmanship. We have to say no to sin before we can say yes to Father. (Hebrews 12:2) Looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith. (Hebrews 11:1) Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

There was the certain little old evangelist going down the highway with his wife. They were leaving town after he spoke at a prophecy seminar. The evangelist had parked his camper at a camp grounds out side of town with better scenery. It was the first of 5 nights the evangelist was speaking and suddenly in his rear view mirror he sees red white and blue lights flashing. It is the highway patrol. He then looked at his speedometer. His heart sunk because he knew we was unknowing speeding and guilty of breaking the law.

John gives us the cure.

(1 John 2:3-6) Now by this we know that we know Him, if we keep his commandments. He who says, "I know Him," and does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. But who ever keeps His word, truly the love of God is perfected in him. By this we know that we are in Him. He who says he abides in Him ought himself also to walk just as He walked.

(1 John 3:4-9) Whoever commits sin also commits lawlessness. And you know that He was manifested to take away our sins, and in Him there is no sin. Whoever abides in Him does not sin. Whoever sins has neither seen Him nor known Him. Little children, let no one deceive you. He who practices righteousness is righteous, just as He is righteous. He who sins is of the devil, for the devil has sinned from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil. Whoever has been born of God does not sin, for His seed remains in him; and he cannot sin, because he has been born of God.

(1 John 3:22-24) And whatever we ask we receive from Him, because we keep His commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in His sight. And this is His commandment; that we should believe on the name of His Son Jesus Christ and love one another, as He gave us commandments. Now he who keeps His commandments abides in us, by the Spirit whom He has given us.

(1 John 5:2) By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God and keep his commandments. For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments. And His commandments are not burdensome.

Paul gives us the cure.

(Romans 3:31) Do we then make void the law through faith? Certainly not! On the contrary, we establish the law.

(Romans 6:1,2) What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin that grace may abound? Certainly not! How shall we who died to sin live any longer in it.

(Romans 6:15) What then? Shall we sin because we are not under the law but under grace? Certainly not!

(Hebrews 10:26) For if we sin willfully after we have received the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins,

(Hebrews 10:16 "This is the covenant that I will make them after those days, says the Lord:

End time people give us the cure

(Revelation 12:17) And the dragon was enraged with the woman, and went to make war with the rest of her offspring, who keeps the commandments of God and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.

(Revelation 14:12) Here is the patience of the saints; here are those who keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus.

Jesus gives us the cure

(Matthew 5:17-19) Do not think that I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to fulfill. "For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled. "Whoever therefore breaks one of the least of these commandments, and teaches men so, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever does and teaches them, he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

(Matthew 19:16, 17) Now behold, one came and said to him, "Good Teacher, what good thing shall I do that I may have eternal life?" So He said to him, "Why do you call Me good?" No one is good but One, that is, God. But if you want to enter into life, keep the commandments."

(Matthew 7:21-23) "Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. "Many will say to Me in that day, 'Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?' "And then I will declare to them, 'I never knew you: depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!'

(Luke 6:46) "But why do you call me 'Lord, Lord,' and not do the things which I say?

(Matthew 13:41, 42) "The Son of Man will send out His angels, and they will gather out of His kingdom all things that offend, and those who practice lawlessness, "and will cast them into the furnace of fire. There will be wailing and gnashing of teeth.

(Matthew 5:48) Therefore you shall be perfect, just as your Father in heaven is perfect.

(Matthew 19:21) Jesus said to him, "if you want to be perfect, go, sell what you have and give it to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow Me."

I AM gives us the cure. (Exodus 20)

1. You shall have no other gods before Me.

2. You shall not make for yourself a carved image-any likeness of anything that is in heaven above., or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth; you shall not bow down to them or serve them. For I, the Lord your God , am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children to the third and forth generations of those who hate me, but showing mercy to thousands, to those who love Me and keep My commandments.

3. You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain, for the Lord will not hold him guiltless who takes His name in vain.

4. Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days you shall labor and do all your work, but the seventh day is the Sabbath of the Lord your God. In it you shall do no work; you, nor your son, nor your daughter, nor your male servant, nor your female servant, nor your cattle, nor your stranger who is within your gates. For six days the Lord made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested on the seventh day. Therefore the Lord blessed the Sabbath day and hallowed it.

5. Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long upon the land which the Lord your God is giving you.

6. You shall not murder.

7. You shall not commit Adultery.

8. You shall not steal.

9. You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor.

10. You shall not Covet your neighbor's house; you shall not covet your neighbor's wife, nor his male servant, nor his female servant
